Public Hearing: Proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations

In accordance with the provisions of MGL. Ch. 111, Section 31, notice is hereby given that a the Wellfleet Board of Health will convene a public hearing at the time and place set forth below for public comment, discussion and possible vote on proposed Draft Board of Health Amended Regulations pertaining to the definition of New Construction as a “trigger” for the installation of the Best Available Nitrogen Reducing Technology as well as Tobacco Control. The public hearing will be held in person on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 5:30 pm, at the Wellfleet Adult Community Center, 715 Old Kings Highway, and on Zoom.
