00:49JEGD Enterprise Inc (PJEGD) acquired the Marijuana Retailer license previously held by Nature's Alternative, Inc. to operate the retail marijuana dispensary located at 2393 State Highway Route 6. As required by the Special Permit previously issued by the Board to Nature's Alternative, Inc. pursuant to WZB s. 5.4.2 and 5.4.13, PJEGD is seeking amendment approval from the Board to transfer the Special Permit to PJEGD. No changes are proposed to the site or use other than a new operator (PJEGD) will be operating the retail marijuana establishment.
